【Review】Plaza Premium Lounge gateway@klia2 in Kuala Lumpur

Plaza premium lounge is the airport lounge that provide facilities when the people depart or arrive in the airport. One of the plaza premium lounges in klia2 will be just next to Aerotel Kuala Lumpur, gateway@klia2.

Another advantage is that the lounge is located outside the secured area, so it can be used after the flight also, once the flight ticket is presented.

This lounge provides comfortable seats, dining and work areas. Alcohol is available but only draught beer. Food selections like mini buffet style from the appetizer to dessert and live kitchen serve the cook-to-order menu daily. The operating hour is not 24 hours but from 6am to 9pm daily.

Lounge access eligibility

Anyone can use the Plaza Premium Lounge as long as you pay, but 217 rm(48USD) for a two-hour stay is not worth it. But if you have an eligible credit card, no worries. You may use the Plaza Premium Lounge free of charge by presenting your Malaysian credit card. To do so, please refer to the list of credit card eligibility below.

Priority Pass were available in the past, but unfortunately they are no longer available in the Plaza Premium Lounge from 2021.
