Zoo Negara is a national animal park in Malaysia which is located on 110 acres of land and 5 km distance from the city of Kuala Lumpur. It is one of the must visit attraction places in Kuala Lumpur and there are more than 5,000 specimens from nearly 500 different species of mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians and fish. Therefore, visitors need to take long hours to visit Zoo Negara due to the land is too big and much more animal to visit compared to the other zoo.
The Giant Panda Conservation Center is one of the most popular exhibits in Zoo Negara as well. You can watch two adorable pandas which are Xing Xing and Liang Liang lay around and eat bamboo in front of you. The pandas will live in Zoo Negara for 10 years before return to China in 2024 so please make a visit before they leave!
