Looking for reasonable international seafood buffet in Penang?
The buffet at DoubleTree Resort by Hilton Penang is one of the best in Penang. There are many choices of dishes to enjoy, ranging from local Penang food to international food. Fresh seafood is always replenished and meats are grilled right in front of you to whet your appetite. The price is RM138 net per person, an attractive price for so many dishes.

Most of the kids will like it as you can see the pizza, meatballs, chicken slices and fried food that looks drooling with some thai chili sauce and cheese sauce to pair with them.
There are two choices of pasta sauce that you can pick such as bolognese and carbonara.
Unfortunately, there is no sashimi, but don’t be discouraged, there are sushi rolls and nigiri sushi, and the taste is quite good.

There are two choices of noodle to choose such as Hokkien mee and Curry mee. We picked Hokkien mee and it tastes authentic penang local style hokkien mee but slightly spicy.
Roti John station
Murtabak with dhall curry station
Roti John is the local street food in penang that served in long bun with egg and meat. Murtabak is some kind of the stuffing meat roti canai but it tastes totally different from roti canai then pair with dhall curry.
Seafood station
The seafood here is amazingly fresh, especially the crab legs, and I ate several of them!
Nasi Kandar station
Even there is Nasi Kandar in the buffet that makes me feel like I am travelling in penang for local street food and it tastes really good ! The fish curry tastes authentic and I love it!
Barbeque station
Different choices of meat that you can get from barbeque station.
You can add RM60 for free flow drinks, but we didn’t because we came here to eat. But still, I think it is good deal to have free flow drinks for only RM60 extra. Even a bucket of 5 beers from a hawker center is not that cheap!
