The Blue Mansion is equal to Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion in Penang, Malaysia. The Blue Mansion has become one of the iconic boutique hotels in Malaysia due to its historical and heritage design. However, F&B from The Blue Mansion will be mainly focus in this content which is Indigo Restaurant.

Raw tuna with the asam laksa condiments taste slightly sweet and sour.
Hokkaido Scallop
Scallop tastes like a steak soft with crispy texture and sweet sauce together.
Seared Duck Foie Gras
This is my really first time to try out foie gras and out of my expectation! It tastes really soft and buttery!
Seared Miso Cod
Cod fish with butter fragrance rice and asparagus with the miso sauce together are perfect match together!
Australian Beef Tenderloin
This is my ever first time to get such a smooth and soft texture mashed potato in my life and the beef really easy to chew match with the sauce as well!
Chocolate dessert
Non sweet dark chocolate with banana and pecan crumbles are really good match since I don’t really like to eat dessert which is too over sweet.
