Beef tartare as appetizer as it is raw beef with rice crackers which is taste fresh and crunchy at the same time.
Black chicken shiitake soup tastes like herbal chicken soup and the different types of mushroom taste delicious too.
Beef steak tenderloin 200 gram tastes soft and tender as we ordered it to cook in medium level. Mustard and salt are the seasonings for the beef steak to pair.
Grilled Half boston lobster tastes rich buttery but grilled potatoes tastes too oily but lobster taste is really good.
Chocolate tart with hazelnut ice cream taste rich and creamy especially the chocolate with ice cream together is perfect!
