The Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel is a well-established luxury hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Essence is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant known for its international buffet and à la carte menu. It features an open kitchen concept and offers a diverse range of dishes. However, we visit the Essence restaurant for their buffet option to enjoy the dinner. The buffet serves local Malaysian cuisine, Western cuisine, Chinese cuisine, Japanese cuisine, etc. Seafood and dessert stations are the iconic part of the buffet due to the huge and many choices.

Wow, look at that giant seafood lying on the ice bed! There are big shrimp, big mussels, big lobsters, big crab legs, big scallops, etc that look awesome! This is the purpose for us to be here tonight!
Different types of sushi and sashimi like tamago sushi, tuna mayo sushi, tuna sashimi, salmon, etc are being served with different condiments to pair them.
Not only seafood is being served but meat as well and the beef steak with roasted potatoes looks so attractive and delicious that people want to grab it all!
Grilled fish look huge and smell good as they are marinated with spices. The fish meat texture tastes soft and fresh at the same time!
There are many different kinds of cuisine such as Chinese, Malay, and Indian that represent the local cuisines in Malaysia.
There is a pasta live cooked by a chef you can choose different types of pasta dishes such as bolognese, carbonara, and aglio olio pasta.
There are two different types of pizza too like seafood pizza and margarita pizza. Both of them taste cheesy and the sweetness of the tomatoes sauces makes them perfect!
Sheraton Imperial Kuala Lumpur Hotel serves the biggest dessert station among so many hotel dinner buffets based on our observation. Colorful modern and traditional desserts are being served on the station and they look so attractive that make people feel like want to take more!
Surprisingly, we met the marketing people who is plating the food and taking the pictures to promote about the dinner buffet. However, the platting itself looks great and professional.
