The Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre is a 5-star hotel located in the Golden Triangle, which is the main commercial, shopping, and entertainment district of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The hotel is within walking distance of popular attractions such as the Petronas Twin Towers and the Suria KLCC shopping mall, and is easily accessible by public transport, with a monorail station just a few minutes’ walk away.
Booking
I decided to go to Kuala Lumpur, so I booked a room at Pullman KL for RM302 from Trip.com, which was reasonable for a one-day advance booking and a hotel I had always wanted to stay.
Check-in
The lobby was luxurious and had a feeling of openness as it was vaulted to the second floor.
Check-in was a bit crowded, but after about 10 minutes we were finally able to check in. No special offers since we booked through Trip.com. There are many Accor hotels in Malaysia, so it would be better to become an elite member to enjoy the benefits.
On the second floor, there is a bar lounge called Blu Bar & Cigars, a Japanese restaurant called Enju, and a Chinese restaurant called Red Chinese Cuisine.
Deluxe King Room
The rooms are 35 square meters in size and have king bed. The rooms were clean and decorated with warm colors.
The closet contain slippers, hangers, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and a safety deposit box.
There is an electric kettle, two bottles of complimentary mineral water, coffee, tea(Twinings).
The bathroom was easy to use and had a separate shower and bathtub.
The shampoo and conditioner are from C.O.Bigelow, and the lotion and shower gel are from Pullman.
A toothbrush, razor, shower cap, cotton, cotton swabs, and sewing kit are also provided.
Facility(Gym, Pool)
The pool was on the 10th floor, and there was a bar next to the pool with a great view from there. It was surrounded by buildings, but had a nice resort hotel style pool. There is also a jacuzzi and a kids pool.
There is also a small garden next to the pool where you can relax.
The pool was very nice at night.
The gym is well-equipped for hard workouts!
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at the Sedap restaurant on the ground floor. The buffet has a multinational menu including Malaysian, Indian, Chinese, and Western dishes.
