The Yokohama Bay Sheraton Hotel & Towers is located in the heart of Yokohama with easy access to Yokohama Station. From the upper floors, you can enjoy a panoramic view of Yokohama Port and Yokohama Station.
Booking
I booked a room for ¥23,145 including tax, which may be a reasonable price considering the location right in front of Yokohama Station. However, the price was higher than the lowest period because I made the reservation at the last minute, and the lowest price for next January is from ¥16,600. So it might be better to make a reservation early!!
Arrival
Access to the hotel is easy, with direct access to the hotel from the Yokohama Station underground mall.
Since I am a Titanium member, I was upgraded to a standard twin. The benefits of Titanium membership at this hotel are :

We arrived at the hotel around 4:00 p.m., but our room was not yet ready, so we waited about an hour in the club lounge before finally heading to our room.
Standard Twin Single Beds Room
The rooms are 34 square meters in size, and since the hotel opened in 1998, the furnishings are quite old.
I have never seen a hotel room with an air purifier before. So cool!!
In the drawer, a coffee and tea(Itoen and Dilmah) set were provided.
The bathrooms simple design with a white tile on the wall and had a shower stall and a bathtub.
Toothbrushes, shaving kit, sanitary bag, comb, vanity kit, body puff, shower caps and body cream were provided.

There is a pool and fitness gym, but even hotel guests have to pay for it. Club floor guests or platinum members and above can use it for free, but all other guests have to pay ¥2200. I am surprised because I have never experienced anything like this before. Maybe because this is a city hotel? I hope resort hotel in Japan is not like this though.
Evening Cocktails at Club Lounge
The Club Lounge is located on the 26th floor with the view of Yokohama port and Yokohama station.
The lounge was not very big and crowded with many guests, so it was not very relaxing.
There was more than enough variety of alcoholic beverages to enjoy.
The hot meals were already less due to the crowd, but appetizers were given to lounge users and were nice.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served at Compass on the second floor.
It was a buffet of Western, Chinese and Japanese breakfast. The Japanese food was especially good!

How was the food and drink selection at the lounge? Could you make a light dinner of it? Were there any hot entrees?
Just stayed at the beautiful new Hyatt Regency Yokohama but this location is better so considering it.

Although the lounge here wasn’t really special, you could have a light dinner there. I think many guests had light dinners in the lounge. However, the lounge was crowded and I could not stay there for long. If you want to have a nice light dinner in the lounge, I would recommend the Westin Yokohama. The lounge was spacious and all the hot meals were all great. They have a great selection of liquors and the staff makes amazing cocktails too. Definitely one of my favorite lounges I have visited.
